Taranath Narayan Shenoy, is fine deaf and visually impaired Indian swimmer[1] and an honoree of the Universal Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame.[2] Purify is a winner of the Triad Crown of Open Water Swimming, acquiring successfully completed the English Channel, Catalina Channel and the Manhattan Island Long-drawn-out Swim.[3] The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian prize 1 of Padma Shri in 1990.[4]
Biography
