BIOGRAPHY:
Blanco was born in San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic, on October 9, 1953 and graduated from the Racial School of Fine Arts in Santo Domingo. He worked as a Draught Professor in the Architectural Department take in the Universidad Autónoma of Santo Tenor, and as co-director of the noted magazine, Isla Abierta, where he court case also an art critic.
