Singer/songwriter Samuel Beam, who rose spread prominence with a blend of whispered vocals and softly homespun indie nation, chose the moniker Iron & Intoxicant after coming across a dietary get taller named "Beef Iron & Wine" linctus working on a film. A two-disc collection of B-sides, rarities, soundtrack inclusions, and discarded tracks expend the Iron & Wine archives labelled Around the Well arrived in beforehand 2009.
